Following the order from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) Director, Mr. Mohamed Amin, to conduct a second autopsy to determine the cause of Geoffrey Mwangi’s death, which occurred on February 22, 2023 under mysterious circumstances, detectives noted that they concluded the investigations yesterday afternoon after receiving the report from the government Pathologist.

This comes after the DCI announced that the second autopsy will include toxicological tests to determine the percentage of which the deceased was at prior to his death, as well as DNA samples to determine claims of sexual assaults, following a significant reaction from Kenyans to the case.

While the public waits for the detectives to explain what happened on the fateful night at DJ Faxto’s house in Kasarani, where the young Interior Décor died, the DCI stated that the file is complete and has been presented to the Office of Public Prosecutions for review and advice.
