The Azimio La Umoja Coalition party has held a prayer day for Kenyans to pray for justice upon the 2022 general elections. The prayers will be led by the opposition leader at Jeevan gee .Elected member of parliament Embakasi east Babu Owino in his speech has asked the former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission chairperson Wafula Chebukati to attend the prayers.
“i want to invite all Kenyans from all walks of Kenya from all over Africa and globally ti come for prayer day at Jeevanjee Gardens .we shall be very peaceful.” he said
He assured Kenyans that the prayers would be peaceful and he requested them to show up in big numbers. he also said those that had sinned to go and repent and those that were guilty like Chebukati to also repent they would be forgiven
‘Those who want to repent of their sins, come and repent of your sins .Those who are guilty, like chebukati, come to Jeevanjee Gardens; we shall forgive you,” he added.
He concluded by asking Kenyans to show up for the prayers which would be specifically be about justice upon 2022 elections.
