Police have launched a manhunt for a 17 year old boy who is suspected of killing his cousin over charging a mobile phone.
The two had a disagreement on who was to charge his phone first before the suspect took an arrow and stabbed the deceased on the left side of the chest.
“The suspect reached for an arrow and stabbed the deceased on the left side of his chest before fleeing,” DCI director George Kinoti said.
The incidence occurred on Sunday July 10 at Kaimosi, Nandi County.
“Josphat Kibet, 31, was pronounced dead on arrival at Kapsabet Ckunty Referral Hospital,” George Kinoti said.
The police boss in the area has urged the residents to be vigilant and be vigilant of their kins’ whereabouts.
