Bikes PW considers a carton bicycle box as the only suitable packing. A bile packed in other material than a box (e.g. plastic cover) must be tagged with a limited release tag. Fishing Equipment Normal weight allowance applies. For every kilo in excess apply the normal applicable excess Charge. Suitably packed fishing equipment consisting of not more than two rods, one reel, one landing net, on pair of fishing boots and one fishing tackle box is considered on piece. For golf equipment weighing more than 20kg, the special excess baggage sport for golf for The first 20kg applies, and for each kilo over 20kg the normal excess baggage charge applies.

On PW pole vaults and short put are not accepted on PW aircraft. For special sporting events where a dedicated aircraft is used exception can be made depending on type of aircraft and provided special handling arrangements are made in advance with stations concerned. Kayak and Canoe On PW: Kayaks and Canoes are not accepted as baggage. Contact the cargo department for shipping information. Water and Snow Ski Equipment PW apply special rules and charges for snow-skis, snow boards and water-skis. One ski equipment special includes one pair of skis or a snowboard and bindings plus 2 poles and a pair of ski boots.
Where piece concept is applicable, one ski equipment is considered one piece.
If ski equipment is within the free allowance: No charge
If in excess the following charge applies:
1st set 33.3 percent of excess piece rate
2nd set 100 percent of excess piece rate
Where weight concept is applicable, Ski or Snowboard equipment weighing up to 20kg is included in the free allowance.
Special excess baggage charges apply on PW operated flights when in excess of the free
Allowance.

Except boogie boards measuring up to 107 cm (43 inch) may considered as 1 piece of baggage with dimension 158 cm (62 inch) irrespective of the actual dimensions. Passenger(s) may carry ashes of deceased person to the cabin.
The ashes shall be carried in a sealed urn.
The urn shall fit under the seat or the overhead bin. It is not permitted to place the urn on a seat or in the direct view of other passengers.
The passenger may pass through security without having to open the urn provided a copy of death certificate or letter from crematorium is submitted to the security personnel.
